5v5 youth flag football rules focus on non-contact play, with teams getting four downs to cross midfield, then three downs to score, starting at their own 5-yard line; key rules include no blocking, QB pass 5-second limit (with rushers 7 yards back), no-run zones near end zones, and penalties for physical play like flag guarding, making it about quick passing and flag pulling instead of tackling.

We will play 5v5
8 players per team with 4 teams for each age group
6U - 7/8U - 9/10U - 11/12U, 13/14U
13/14U: Opportunity to compete in Orlando's largest tournament, scouts, YT, celebrities, more
11/12U & 13/14U: Championship Rings
7/8U & 9/10U: Plaques/Trophies
