Flag Football Camp will be held on March 13-14.

Friday 4:00-7:00 PM  -  Saturday Noon-3:00 PM

Location: TBA

Players should wear athletic attire suitable for the weather.  Players should wear sport shoes or football cleats.  They are also encouraged to bring a drink or water bottle with their name on it.

DOB cutoff for each division is May 31st.  Younger 6U players should be able to catch and not be scared of the ball. Allowing K5 students to play before they are ready can be detrimental to their future participation.

Flag Football League - Participant interested in continuing to play in the Flag Football League should sign up accordingly.  We will be evaluating players during the camp to place them on teams.

League practices will begin as soon as enough coaches are enlisted and teams are drafted, hopefully the week of March 16th, 2026.  Players should plan on 2 practices a week.  Games will be played on Friday nights and Saturday in April and May.

Cost for League Registration is $150.  Only Debit/Credit Card Payments are accepted at this time.  Registration Fees are non-refundable.  Fees are due when you register.  You may set up to make an initial payment of $50 today, $50 on April 2nd and $50 on May 2nd.  Players who have an unpaid balance going into the week of May 3rd will be ineligible to play.

  • Football gloves. Not required, but definitely a plus!

5v5 rules

5v5 youth flag football rules focus on non-contact play, with teams getting four downs to cross midfield, then three downs to score, starting at their own 5-yard line; key rules include no blockingQB pass 5-second limit (with rushers 7 yards back), no-run zones near end zones, and penalties for physical play like flag guarding, making it about quick passing and flag pulling instead of tackling.

  • We will play 5v5
  • 8 players per team with 4 teams for each age group
  • Leagues:  6U - 7/8U - 9/10U - 11/12U, 13/14U
  • 13/14U: Opportunity to compete in Orlando's largest tournament, scouts, YT, celebrities, more
  • 11/12U & 13/14U: Championship Rings
  • 7/8U & 9/10U: Plaques/Trophies
